Property listings on this site are provided through the Realcomp II Ltd. IDX program. The data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, and it is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use. It may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties you may be interested in purchasing. Listing status, price and availability change constantly, and a listing shown here may already be under contract or off the market.

Home valuations, reports and estimates

Any valuation, diagnostic, report, range or estimate we provide is our professional opinion based on the information available to us at the time. It is not an appraisal. It is not a guarantee of what your home will sell for. Only a licensed appraiser can produce an appraisal, and only the market can produce a sale price.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Real estate transactions involve contracts and money, and the right people to advise you on those are a real estate attorney, an accountant and a lender. We will tell you when you have reached one of those lines.

No agency relationship from browsing

Using this site, filling out a form, or receiving a report does not create an agency or client relationship between you and Pretty Home Realty. That relationship begins only when both of us sign a written agreement, which is exactly how Michigan law intends it to work.

To the extent Michigan law allows, Pretty Home Realty LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information found here. Nothing in this section limits any duty we owe you as your licensed real estate agent under a signed agreement.
