IDX feed and belongs to the listing brokerages who produced it. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act.

How to notify us

Send a written notice that includes all of the following, as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act requires:

  • Identification of the workA description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • Identification of the materialThe specific page or image on this site, with enough detail for us to find it. A direct link is best.
  • Your contact informationName, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  • A good faith statementThat you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement of accuracyThat the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your signaturePhysical or electronic.

What happens next

We will review the notice and remove or disable access to material we believe in good faith is infringing. Where the material came through the IDX feed, we will also notify Realcomp II Ltd. and the listing brokerage.

Counter notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same address. It must identify the removed material and where it appeared, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and include your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which we may be found).

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate.
