Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect what you give us so we can answer you. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anybody who wants to market to you. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.
What we collect
- Information you give usYour name, phone number, email address, property address, and anything you type into a form or tell us in a message.
- Information about how you use the sitePages visited, how you got here, and general device and browser information, collected through standard analytics. This is not tied to your name unless you have also given it to us.
- Property search activityIf you save a search or set up listing alerts, we keep the criteria you chose so we can send you matching homes.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your question, prepare the report or valuation you asked for, send you the listings you asked for, and keep in touch about your move. We store it in our customer relationship management system so that whoever picks up the phone can see what you already told us and you do not have to repeat yourself.
Phone calls, text messages and email
When you give us your phone number through a form or in a message, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your inquiry and about real estate services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can stop this at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, reply HELP for help, click unsubscribe in any email, or tell us on the phone. We will honor it. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us from replying to something you specifically asked about.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who make the business run, and only to the extent they need it: our customer relationship management and messaging platform, our email provider, our website and listing search provider, and our analytics provider. They are bound to use it only to provide the service. We also share information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to complete a transaction you asked us to complete, such as with a title company or lender you have chosen.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your saved searches, and measure traffic. You can turn cookies off in your browser. Parts of the listing search will stop working if you do.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shawn@prettyhm.com or call 248-965-5130. We may need to keep records of completed transactions where Michigan license law or our broker's record retention obligations require it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
