Yes, and a lot of the best conversations we have start that way. Plenty of people call a year out to find out what their home is worth and what they should fix first. Nothing about that puts you on a list.

Yes. We handle leases as well as sales, and we work with cooperating agents, title companies and lenders every day. Say which one you are when you reach out and we will get you to the right place faster.
