What we're aiming for

We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means readable color contrast, text that scales when you zoom, every image described, every form field labeled, and the whole site usable with a keyboard and with a screen reader.

Where we know we're not there yet

Parts of the property search are provided by a third party listing platform, and we do not control that code. We have raised accessibility with that vendor and we will keep doing so. Some older video content does not have captions. We are working through it.

If any part of this site is hard for you to use, we want to hear about it, and we would rather hear about it than not. Call or text 248-965-5130 or email shawn@prettyhm.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We will respond, and if the fix is not quick we will tell you what we are doing instead.

We'll get you the information another way

If something on this site is not accessible to you, that does not mean the information is unavailable to you. Call us and we will read it to you, email it in another format, or meet you in person. No part of working with us requires you to use this website.
